tortillas
1 can kidney beans
1 can garbanzo beans
1 can pinto beans
1 can navy beans
1 can corn
4 oz can diced pepper
1 can condensed nacho cheese soup
1-2 cans red enchilada sauce
cheddar cheese
Rinse and drain beans, drain corn and pepper. Mix together in large bowl with nacho cheese soup. Spoon about 1/2 cup filling into each tortilla. Arrange tortillas seam side down in casserole pan. pour enchilada sauce over top, cover with foil and back for 20-30 mins at 350 degrees. Remove foil, cover with cheese and olives and bake 5 more mins or until cheese melts.
