Blueberry Banana Smoothie

-Kale

1 TBSP chia seeds (optional)
1 C coconut milk
1 C frozen blueberries
1 C raw spinach
1 large banana

**I made this for breakfast for my kids today and even the one that made a big fuss over blueberries and spinach (ew!) ate it all!!!!

This serves 2 people.  193 calories per serving.

Spinach-Blueberry Smoothie

-Kale

Here's a healthy breakfast idea!

1/2 C orange juice (or pomegranate works well too)
1 1/2 T oat groats, steel cut oats, or chia seeds
1/3 C plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
3/4 C blueberries (frozen or not)
1 1/2 C spinach
3/4 C crushed ice

Just throw it all in your blender! 
This is right around 250 calories, depending on what you choose to add--oat groats, steel cut oats, chia seeds, or just leave them out.
