Cookies and Cream Fudge

3 pkgs (6 oz. size) white chocolate baking squares OR 18 oz. white chocolate chips
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1/8 tsp salt
3 C coarsely chopped oreos

In heavy saucepan, over low heat, melt chocolate, condensed milk and salt. 
Remove from heat. Stir in cookies. Spread evenly into 8” foil lined pan. Chill 2 hours. Store tightly covered.
