1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. bread crumbs (I only use 1/4 c.)
1/4 c. milk
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. chopped onion (I like 1-2 TBSP dried onion flakes)
1 egg
garlic salt to taste or 1-2 cloves garlic minced
Combine ingredients. Roll into balls (I use my cookie scoop so I don't have to touch the meat). Place on cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Great with spaghetti or for meatball subs.
