Cheese Sauce

1 c. mayo

3 cans cream of chicken

1 lb. cheddar cheese (grated or cubed)

1 TBSP. lemon juice.

Mix together on stove top until heated and smooth. Serve with steamed veggies or serve over baked potatoes.
