Cookies 'N Cream Fudge

16 oreos (broken into small chunks)
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 T butter
2 2/3 C white chocolate chips (Nestle brand works the best)
1 t vanilla

Line an 8x8 inch pan with foil, then coat the foil with spray oil.  Combine milk, butter and chocolate chips in a large saucepan.  Cook over low heat until melted.  Remove from heat; add vanilla.  Mix in cookies and pour into pan.  Spread evenly and chill for at least 2 hours.  Yum!

okay I made three batches and it's all gooey. It tastes good, but it's gooey. Where did I go wrong?

added 1/2 c more chocolate chips and it turned out great!!!
