Blend the following:
1 pkg Hidden Valley Ranch (Buttermilk Style)1 C buttermilk
1 C mayo
2 tomatillos
1 garlic clove (minced)
1/3 bunch cilantro (chopped)
1 tsp Lime juice
6 slices pickled jalapeno peppers
Our favorite place to eat is Cafe Rio, so we were way excited when Danny got this recipe from a girl at work. We decided to have a taste test and compared our mixture with the real stuff. Our mixture tasted close, but not exact. We decided that I added a bit too much cilantro, and that it needed more buttermilk and more jalapenos.
