Whole Wheat Pizza Dough

1 T yeast
1/4 C warm water
1 T honey
3 3/4-4 C whole wheat flour
1- 1 1/4 C cool water
1 T olive oil
pinch of salt

In small bowl dissolve yeast in warm water. Add honey, let sit for 5 minutes. Mix flour with cool water, olive oil & salt. Add yeast mixture. Add more water or flour if needed. Knead for 5 minutes. Let dough rise until double. Divide in half. Roll out dough on greased cookie sheet. Top with favorite topping. Cook at 350* for about 30 minutes.
