Perfect Mashed Potatoes

Wash and scrub 5 med potatoes. Slice each potato into four sections. Place on rack in pressure cooker. Add 1 ½ C water. Cook 7 minutes with pressure regulator (15 lb weight) rocking slowly. Drain water. Add butter, salt, and a little garlic powder, mash.
