Chicken Salad Sandwiches

Cooked chicken breasts, cubed (or shredded)
Chopped celery
Minced onion
Grated Monterey jack cheese
Slivered almonds
Red Grapes, cut into pieces

Mix mayonnaise with salt, pepper and onion. Add rest of ingredients. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve on croissants.
