Pasta and Shrimp Salad

1 lb cooked shrimp
16 oz. pasta
½ C diced celery
½ C sliced olives
½ C fresh sliced mushrooms
¾ mayo
2 T sugar
1 ½ T vinegar
½ tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Cook pasta, rinse with cold water. Add shrimp and vegetables. In separate bowl combine mayo, sugar, vinegar, salt and pepper; pour over pasta mixture and toss until coated.
