- 2 TBSP Yeast
- 2 1/2 C. Water
- 2 tsp Salt
- Yellow Cake Mix
- 5 C. Flour
Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add salt, cake mix, and flour. Mix well, knead until soft dough. Place in greased bowl, cover and let rise until double in size. Roll out into large rectangle. Spread with 1/3 c. melted butter. Sprinkle with approx 3/4 C. Brown Sugar and 3 TBSP Cinnamon. Roll up, seal edge. Place twelve rolls on greased cookie sheet, cover with towel. Let rise again until double in size. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Let cool. Frost with cream cheese frosting. Recipe makes 24 big rolls.
